Food Discovery

Our Food Discovery group is facilitated by a Speech Pathologist, promoting food exploration and play. Your child will develop friendships in a fun and engaging, play-based program discovering new foods and textures.

This group is for children experiencing challenges eating a range of foods within a supportive and inclusive environment.

  • Group opportunity and participation.

  • Social and individual confidence and advocation skills.

  • Early phonics- sound identification, letter-sound identification, and writing their name.

  •  Language skills within a group setting- following a task and instructions, answering questions, sequencing information from a story, and communicating any support needed.
