  • Social and individual confidence and advocation skills.

  • Early phonics- sound identification, letter-sound identification, and writing their name.

There is plenty of 2-hour free parking located around our clinic as well as easy access to both train and bus services.
  • What qualifications do the staff have?
All our Speech pathologists are are certified and are members of Speech Pathology Australia, with comprehensive experience working with preschool and school-aged children who have concerns with their communication, literacy and learning.
  • What do I need to bring?
A water bottle and morning tea. All resources for the group program will be provided by Communitalk Speech Pathology.
  • How do I pay?
All group sessions are paid for in advance. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card over the phone. Once enrolment in the group sessions has been confirmed, an invoice will be sent out via email. We ask that payment is made within 7 days of the invoice being received.
  • Do parents need to stay?
No. Parents are welcome to stay for the first few minutes of the session, however we generally find that children are more involved in group activities when parents are not present. Families are welcome to pass the time in our waiting area. If parents do leave the therapy rooms, please be no further than 5 minutes away.
  • What happens if I miss one of the sessions?
All group programs are designed so that a session can be missed without hindering future sessions. However, if you are unable to attend, we do appreciate notice as soon as possible. Unfortunately we cannot provide a refund for missed group sessions.
  • Do groups replace one-on-one sessions?
No. One-on-one sessions are intensive, individualised, and tailored specifically to the needs of the client. Group sessions are seen as ‘boosters’ or supplementation to one-on-one therapy, and should not be used as a replacement.
  • Where are you located?
Our clinic is located at 3/764 Old Princes Highway, Sutherland, NSW 2232, above Priceline Pharmacy. Please note there are stairs to access our therapy rooms.
  • How much does Speech Pathology cost?
The hourly rate for our speech pathology services is $193.99.
  • I am looking for a Speech Pathology Assesment
We use a combination of formal standardised tests, observations, and engaging play-based activities to gain a comprehensive understanding of your child’s speech and language needs. Please note that our availability is limited, but we encourage you to leave your details, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
